Your approval of this agreement authorizes Apollo Heating and Air to perform (2) tune-ups per year on one comprehensive heating and one comprehensive cooling maintenance in your home each year at the agreed upon investment. This agreement will remain in effect until a written notice of termination is received by either party. Allow two weeks for termination processing. This agreement does not include any parts and/or the labor to replace those parts that are diagnosed to be unsafe, out of tolerance, or required to keep your equipment operation.
